NBC Today Show honors survivor for Mother's Day

NEW YORK --Paula Lucas noticed her husband's abusive behavior after her first son was born. She wanted to flee but had no where to turn because her family was living outside the United States and their passports were hidden from them. Eventually she was able to leave but not before she had become a mother of three boys who all were victims in this abusive relationship. Today she has now founded the American Domestic Violence Crisis Line which helps women and children living abroad find a way out. If you know anyone in a similar situation living outside the United States, please have them visit their website or call 866-US-WOMEN. For more, watch her story on the NBC Today Show web site.
